This workshop focuses on women’s holistic health using ancient Mayan treatments that have been practiced by healers for thousands of years. The use of the Mayan Healing/Massage is a unique method of healing to remove, release and heal from deep trauma, wounds and emotions from the Body and Spirit using pulse diagnosis, prayer, herbs used in teas and baths as well as uterine health. Mayan healing herbs for women's wellness in all cycles of life. There will have to be a demonstration of the Mayan Healing and Uterine Massage. There will be a Journey to the Womb, for all women to connect to and gain wisdom from the place of creation.

The Womb is a center sacred consciousness that can hold and receive energy and information. It holds repressed emotions and can even hold the energy of others. This energy could be from but not limited to: past sexual partners, children, friends, or sometimes through ancestral wounds from your lineage, traumatic births, miscarriages, grief from abortions, sexual wounding. All these experiences are often held energetically in your womb space.
